We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as to select international destinations. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, CARA Cosmetics International Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to customs clearance, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We will do our best to keep you informed of any unexpected delays.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including initiating claims with the carrier or issuing a replacement.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. CARA Cosmetics International Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
